I paid 21,000 yen after leaving at 6am and staying until 11am. I’d paid 7,000 yen, then got a call five hours later asking for another 14,000 yen, even though I hadn’t even been there ten minutes. I’m shocked I stayed in such a dirty hotel. There’s no parking, and no chargers, microwaves, or sanitary products. It’s awful and really expensive. First time I’ve stayed anywhere like this. Be careful. I should have noticed all the bad reviews beforehand.

I checked out within two minutes of entering the room. It felt creepy, the lights added to the ominous mood, and the modular bathroom seemed unhygienic. There was only a bed. I’ll never return. Before even going inside, the messy handwritten signs and posters were hard to read, the Japanese was strange, and the whole place already felt risky. The system was confusing too. Payment worked like an arcade key locker: once you put money in, you couldn’t get it back, so think carefully before paying. Overnight stays also seemed to count as an extension of a break, and the pricing didn’t make sense. The one useful thing I took away was a lesson to read reviews carefully before visiting places like this. I’m leaving this review hoping people turn back before paying.

I should’ve checked the reviews first. This is the worst love hotel, and I’d tell people to avoid staying here. The website advertised a flat 10,000 yen from 10:00 to 10:00, but I found the pricing a rip-off. I thought an overnight stay cost 9,000 yen. About five hours in, they called. I accidentally hung up and couldn’t call back at first, because apparently you had to call from your own smartphone. When I did reach them, they said about five hours had passed. I explained I thought I’d booked overnight, but they said another night would cost an extra 9,000 yen. I asked if I could think and call back right away. They acted like they were the ones being wronged and said the time had already been extended automatically, so I had to pay. I had nowhere else to go, so I agreed. They told me to wait in the room, then a foreigner came over? My partner didn’t seem to understand much Japanese. He asked the staff member, “If we pay this, can we stay until 10am the next day?” The staff member mumbled about asking someone and went away. Later they called and said something like, “Okay, 10am the next day.” That really annoyed me. The whole thing ruined the mood. 18,000 yen for one night felt like a rip-off, especially with a small room and hardly any amenities. The bathroom and toilet setup was WWWWW, and the charging port by the bed didn’t work when I plugged in my phone. It was a waste of money, and I’m never going back. I hope the place goes out of business soon. If they won’t refund you, I think you should go to the police.

I’d never stayed here before, and since it’s within walking distance of Hamamatsu Station I gave it a try. I should’ve read the reviews. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The system was confusing. I intended to stay overnight but apparently picked a room for a two-hour break. Two hours later, a staff member came to ask me about it, and that’s when I learned. Switching to a stay cost another 12,000 yen on top of the 8,000 yen break charge, 20,000 yen total. The room and facilities were terrible too. It was small, like a business hotel, with only a little table and chair besides the bed. I was surprised to find a unit bath in a love hotel. The room phone line wasn’t connected either. The staff said they’d called, but the phone never rang. When I looked closely, I saw the line wasn’t plugged in. Does that even happen? I was shocked and speechless. 20,000 yen for this felt like a rip-off. I’ll never use this hotel again. Be careful if you’re considering it.

It’s old and dirty, with dust built up in the floor corners. They provide slippers, but you still have to wear your shoes into the room. For a love hotel, the unit bath is even smaller than the ones at nearby business hotels. And a break starting at 6,000 yen is ridiculous. I wouldn’t use it even for free.
