Hotel South Garden Hamamatsu - Vacation STAY 92685

My Deluxe Single had plenty of room to spread out my luggage, just as you'd expect from a deluxe room. The drainage noise from upstairs was bothersome, and getting the shower temperature right was a little difficult. I appreciated the breakfast. There were lots of guests, probably because it was festival season, so the suggestion to come early was helpful. The station is close, but the entrance and front desk are small, so watch out if you're bringing a large suitcase.

The room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. There are restaurants nearby, including Royal Host and the 24-hour Sukiya, which made things convenient. I was a little disappointed that the Wi-Fi wasn't very stable, and payment had to be made in advance. I picked this inexpensive hotel because I needed somewhere near the station for a 3-day, 2-night trip. I arrived early, left my luggage there, and went sightseeing. There were still a few hours until check-in, but they let me into my room since it was ready. The hotel seems a bit tucked away, as I didn't pass many people. There's a vending machine hidden on the second floor, and the narrow hallways may feel cramped to some.

The building is quite old, but it was very clean and made a good impression. Hamamatsu Station is only a five-minute walk away, so the location is great.

It's right outside the south exit, which is convenient. The room lighting is very dim, and although there's an air purifier, I wasn't sure where to plug it in. The air conditioning isn't individually controlled, but it caused no problem today. The small toilet seems to have had a washlet seat added, and when you sit down your private parts touch the bowl, which left me unsure about the hygiene. Apart from that, I had no particular problems.
