The breakfast was acceptable for the price, and the staff were decent. The station is only two minutes away. But the room was moldy, with a very strong smell, and my eyes started itching in the middle of the night. I found similar complaints in other reviews, so this doesn’t seem like a one-off or a new problem. Avoid it if you have asthma, are sensitive to mold, or just don’t want to sleep in a smelly room. Parts of the carpet were missing or badly cut, leaving uneven edges around the room and bed and exposing a questionable unfinished floor.

The people here are so nice, and you can get free coffee and tea any time, hot or cold. The rooms are very tiny, as is typical for Japanese hotels.

I arrived early the day before check-in, left my luggage at the front desk, and found it in my room when I came back. The staff were friendly and efficient. This is a clean, practical business hotel right across from the south exit of Hamamatsu station. The room was very well priced and came with a breakfast that had lots of variety. Japanese business hotels always pleasantly surprise me.

It felt clean and new, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast had good choices, and during happy hour from 6 to 8 p.m. you can get one alcoholic drink and some snacks. The hotel is a four-minute walk from Hamamatsu station. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff and breakfast were nice. There’s no parking lot nearby, though. The staff directed me to the lot by the station, but traffic was jammed and it took a long time to get there.
