The staff carried our luggage upstairs, which was helpful since the hotel has only two floors and no elevator. The rooms felt small for a rural hotel. The onsen was very basic, with no face cream or even combs, and the restaurant food was average. It's reasonably priced, with an onsen next door.

I love this hotel. It's clean and cozy, and the staff are very kind. There's a nice spa, and breakfast is lovely. It also has two coin laundry machines and two massage chairs.

A nice place to enjoy a public bath, eat, and rest. Everything was good, and breakfast was excellent too.

It's a beautiful onsen hotel. The only downside is that they don't have any employees who can speak English.

Forget it. Even if you're lucky enough to find the place, it's not worth going all that way. The staff are friendly, but not very competent.
