The food at breakfast and dinner was great, and the staff were extremely nice. I also enjoyed both the regular bath and the open-air one. Still, the room cleanliness really let the stay down. The toilet smelled so strongly of urine that I avoided using it and went to the shared restrooms instead. There was thick dust on the shoji and in room corners, as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The spare futons in the closet were also tossed in carelessly, which was surprising for a Japanese hotel. I feel bad leaving a negative review because we otherwise had a good time, but that toilet smell was unbearable.

We stayed here for the RDC festival. It was a bit far away, but the shuttle to the station helped. The rooms are big, and hearing the ocean splash from inside was great. Breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, with free drinks too. Worth it!

For about 9800 yen, we got buffet dinner with free alcohol and buffet breakfast. The food and drinks weren't high quality, but they were okay. The outdoor bath was enjoyable, and the men's and women's locations switch between evening and morning. There are free table tennis and karaoke, too. People ended up singing together and making friends, which was fun. Good enough.

The bus ride from the station was easy, and I really liked the hot water. I was disappointed that the open-air bath was only for men and didn't switch, so I couldn't use it the next morning either. I was surprised that beer, sake, and highballs were all-you-can-drink!
