The guesthouse is close to the station and good value. Our rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, and had thick, warm comforters. We booked an ocean-view room and could see the Pacific right outside the door. The owner was very kind and even helped us get to the station with all our luggage. The facilities aren't as complete as those at a hot spring hotel, but clean, comfortable, quiet rooms and convenient transport are enough for me. The guesthouse asks everyone to keep quiet after 10 PM so guests can sleep well, which I really appreciated. I'd come back.

The couple who ran this place were lovely. They told us what to do nearby, where to eat and which stores to visit, then drove us to the station because our luggage was heavy. We had a 5/5 stay. Just keep in mind that the kitchen, toilet, and shower are shared. The main entrance stays unlocked overnight, though you can lock your own room.

The Chinese owners were friendly and helpful, and I give this guest house five stars. We booked a Japanese-style room that was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is shared by all rooms, while two rooms share one toilet. That arrangement was okay for us.

Ken was a really nice host to me and my friends. The house is right by the water, and it was lovely to get up early and watch the boats head out. The scenery all around is beautiful, and it's a great place for moon viewing. It's a quiet seaside town without much happening, so it suits you if that's what you're after. The rooms are big and open, and the hosts are nice. The next train stop has everything you need despite the town being small. A great spot to relax.

The owner made me feel welcome and relaxed, and was happy to help with anything. The bed was comfortable, and the room had the things I needed, including a towel, toothbrush, hot water, toaster, and microwave. He also gave good advice. For dinner he recommended Isobe seafood restaurant( Kitagawa Onsen Isobe), which was great. I stayed two nights, but there was so much to do nearby that I wished I'd stayed longer. I really recommend this place.
