Hotel Atlantis Higashiosaka - Adults Only

I paid about 22,000 yen for the room, but it was really dirty and there was no hot water, so I couldn't take a bath. Service from the staff was almost nonexistent. I'd strongly recommend staying away.

I'd read mixed reviews and felt a little uneasy beforehand, but the stay was great. The room was clean and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. I'd like to try Lotus next time.

The person who answered the phone was short-tempered and couldn't explain things clearly. It was a terrible experience. It seems this hotel may not like foreigners, so foreigners should avoid it.

We booked the girls' getaway plan again, this time in a different room with an open-air bath. Water pressure was too weak and inconsistent, so the tub took a long time to fill and the shower barely ran. The outlet outside the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use the hairdryer by the TV. There was also trash and belongings left by previous guests, and the coupon from the gacha machine had already expired when we left. They brought an extra hairdryer right away when the one in the room didn't work, which we appreciated, but the outlet was faulty too. The weak water pressure might be harder to fix right away since we were on a higher floor. Still, I hope they take the trash and expired coupon issues seriously. This visit was disappointing. Last time, our room was clean and it was convenient being near the station and supermarket. We could bring food back and relax. The late-night snack took about 15 minutes after we selected "immediately," despite reviews mentioning slow food service, and breakfast even came ahead of schedule. We appreciated that. But our name was misspelled on the booking, we didn't get the plan perks like a face mask or flower bath that we'd been looking forward to, the TV remote didn't respond, perhaps because of a low battery, there was no Wi-Fi password written anywhere, and a high-pitched mosquito-like sound came from beside the bed.
