The onsen was a welcome way to unwind after sightseeing, and breakfast brings a simple traditional Japanese touch to the stay. The hotel is especially good value if you want to be near the south exit of Himeji Station. It felt quiet and local, with mostly Japanese guests and hardly any international tourists. It’s practical and no-frills, with what you need for the price.

We were on the quieter side of the hotel, so the passing trains didn’t bother us. The staff were helpful and spoke good English, and both breakfast and dinner were solid. It’s a big, older business hotel, but clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price. I was hesitant because the reviews were mixed, but the location right by the main station won me over. I’d gladly stay here again if I come back to Himeji.

The onsen has a large bath and an infrared sauna, with terrific views of the tracks and Shinkanzens going by. I also got a voucher for complimentary breakfast and dinner, and the food was awesome. There are plenty of places to eat and convenience stores nearby, and the JR station is only a five-minute walk away. I got a great deal and was really happy with the value.

The Japanese dinner was good, and it came with free buffet salad and coffee, including cappuccino, espresso, and latte. You can choose a Japanese meal or curry rice for dinner, and breakfast is free too. There’s also a free sauna. The room was clean and okay.

Thank you! I had a great experience with the wifi. It was usually around 350 Mbps from 8 am to 11 pm, even while I was gaming, though when I checked around 1 am it was about 30 Mbps. I don’t know what others are saying, but the speed was really good for me.
