The roomies pod I’m in right now is the best one I’ve stayed in in Japan so far, and it even has a window, which is unusual compared with the other places I’ve tried. Management and staff are friendly, and the facilities are well looked after. Laundry is available. They also provide a complimentary shaving razer, toothbrush and paste, towel and facecloth, tissues, and a small hair brush. Really good value.

A great budget hostel, within walking distance of Hiroshima Station. The manager and staff were very supportive, and the place was neat and clean. They provide lots of things for free, including coffee, drinking water, a ragor, comb, toothbrush and paste, and two towels. Highly recommend it.

Opened new in 2019, with all-new rooms and facilities. The bed was cozy, the staff friendly, and the price super cheap. It’s a five-minute walk to the station. I think it’s the best choice for backpackers spending a night in Hiroshima.

After checking out in the morning, you can leave your luggage there and pick it up later if you’re departing Hiroshima in the afternoon or evening. The staff are friendly and ready to help with questions. The facilities were very clean, and the hostel is close to the train station. Excellent place!

The lobby’s shared area makes it easy for guests to spend time together. The furniture is new, and both the shared spaces and private rooms are comfortable and very clean. The manager, KENJI, is a lovely person, always happy to have a good chat and help with local information.
