I spent about two and a half weeks here after moving to Hiroshima, and it was my best stay. I was here in summer and got to walk straight out of the hotel to a festival. The staff were helpful and really nice, and they cleaned my room every day unless I asked them not to. I’d definitely recommend staying here to visitors.

The bed was roomy and comfortable, with outlets, switches, and chargers close by. Service was great during my two-night stay in October 2025. I had requested a non-smoking room, but mine smelled of smoke when I arrived. Fortunately, the air purifier cleared it up within a few hours while I was out.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with familiar breakfast choices alongside traditional Japanese food. I also appreciated having laundry and an ice machine. The room was spacious enough, and both the bathroom and refrigerator were clean. A very clean, comfortable stay.

We had a spacious triple room, and the breakfast, which was included, was very good with both Japanese and Western options. Shopping and the main attractions were within about a 20-minute walk, and the location was convenient. There are free self-service laundry machines, too. Nice hotel, and I’d happily stay again.

The shower was good, the room was quiet and a decent size, and there were no odd smells. I also liked the city views. But the fridge was small and there was just one pillow. The exposed wiring wasn’t great, either. Even with the aircon running all day on high at 18°C, the room still read 25°C.
