Hotel Granvia Hiroshima

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and well looked after. I liked the bathroom amenities and complimentary products, and we had a really good meal at one of the hotel's restaurants. The station is so close that getting around Hiroshima was easy. I'd happily stay here again if I return.

Being connected to Hiroshima station makes this hotel extremely handy for transport, meals, and shopping. It's an older hotel, but our room was spacious and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the housekeepers cleaning it every day, even when it wasn't necessary. There's no coin laundry on site, but a 24-hour laundromat is just a five-minute walk down the street.

A friend suggested this place for a quick two-night visit to Hiroshima, and I really enjoyed the stay. The location is right at the train station, close to the Pokemon Center, a 7/11, and a grocery store. Our room was clean and really nice, with all the essentials. My one issue was the pillows. They weren't firm enough, and my head sank right through to the mattress, so I slept poorly. Otherwise, no concerns. I'll stay here again.

After a long Shinkansen ride, finding the hotel at the station was easy. The lobby has a grand, luxurious feel, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We didn't hear the neighbors, so we slept well. The two pillow styles were comfortable too. A tourism bus stop just outside made it simple to visit Hiroshima's popular sights. The staff were always friendly and said hello whenever we passed.
