Restay Hiroshima - Adult Only

The man on staff was really nice, and there were loads of things on the front floor, like scrunchies, nail polish, and tea bags. They also had a business plan. The free plan lasted a long time, and I could leave during my stay. I just had to tell the front desk ahead of time and pay in advance before going out. It was great!

I stay at this hotel often. The front desk woman is so friendly, and the rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable.

The bathroom was roomy and comfortable, but the rest of the stay put me off coming back. The air conditioner smelled awful, so I put up with the heat, and the exhaust fan made a loud rattling sound. Maybe the holiday pushed the price up, but 15,000 yen felt far too expensive. There are better hotels around, and I wouldn’t recommend this one. They didn’t even offer free breakfast.

My first visit during a break had been good, but the overnight stay was such a bad experience that I won’t go back. I turned on the air conditioner as soon as I got into the room and nothing came out. The front desk said it would take ten minutes because the room hadn’t been used recently, but almost half an hour later it still wasn’t working. The call was awful too. They seemed unable to hear me and kept shouting, “Hello?! Hello?!” and “Can you hear me?!” in a really intimidating, one-sided way. It barely felt like a conversation. They said coupons and other things could only be used at that time because payment is made in advance, though I couldn’t find that stated anywhere. When I asked where it was written, they dodged the question. I figure they’ll probably go out of business soon, so I may not get another chance to go anyway.
