We drove here and had trouble finding a space right beside the hotel, but the staff showed us five other parking locations and gave us a card for 22 hours of free parking. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and they also offer complimentary tea and coffee at the entrance. It was our first night in the country. The hotel was clean, the staff welcoming, and although our room wasn’t the biggest we’d stayed in, it was spotless, quiet at night, and had a very comfortable bed. I’d recommend staying here when visiting the area.

The mattress was very comfortable and everything was clean, though the facilities are a little old. The staff were kind, and I’d recommend this as an inexpensive, clean place with a good bed and kind service. My only real downside was other guests’ manners. Even after being asked to wear masks, many ignored the request at the buffet. I’m still giving five stars because that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the train station is only a few minutes away on foot.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Hitachi city. The rooms are small, but they’re great value, and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend it.

10/10
It was a comfortable stay, even though the rooms are small compared with those in other countries. The hotel is right across from Hitachi metro railway station and very close to ito yokado shopping mall. It was kept very clean and had basic toiletries. Breakfast was mostly Japanese food, with a few Western items too.
