Mana Hotel

I don’t golf, but came here for work and found it comfortable even for non-golf activities. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were helpful and well trained, and the rooms were roomy with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent, so I imagine dinner is good too, though it does require reservations. Most guests seemed to be golfers, and there was a certain dress code. The Wi-Fi setup has no wired LAN, which made PC use a bit challenging. Even so, Mana Hotel made up for that and was worth the price. I use business hotels a lot and think this is a great hotel. Maybe I should take up golf ⛳️

Getting around for food was a pain. The nearest convenience store was five minutes away, and there was a soba place if you weren’t picky, but town was just under 20 minutes away and hardly anything was open. Maybe that can’t be helped because of COVID, but this could be really inconvenient for business travelers. You can’t use the golf course bath either, and there was no Wi-Fi, so I couldn’t do any work on my computer at all. On the plus side, the front desk service was great, I barely ran into anyone, and my room was clean. If I were here to play golf, I could put up with the drawbacks. I probably wouldn’t stay a second time.

Being attached to the golf course made things convenient since I didn’t have to travel elsewhere. I stayed several nights, though the meals felt repetitive with little variety. The facility seems old, but it was clean.

It’s right next to a golf course, and the parking lot had lots of luxury cars with plates from other prefectures. I also noticed many Korean tour groups. I’d really like to stay there.
