Hitoyoshi makes a good place to stop for the night if you're driving between Fukuoka and Kagoshima. And Suiranrou is on another level from the usual onsen ryokan: the staff, facilities, and food were all top notch. Everything was carefully thought through and well put together, with nothing to nitpick.

The onsen offers different options, including a sauna, and both dinner and breakfast were tasty. The hotel sits beside the main river, surrounded by green grass in a quiet town.

A really relaxing place, with private outdoor hot springs in the room. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service and hot spring were wonderful.

The rooms have been renovated and are now spacious, making them great for relaxing. The inn's rooms and food were especially good. The food was elegantly seasoned overall, and I was very satisfied ◎. The hot spring water felt extremely fresh, and having a sauna helped me relax. I came from Fukuoka and would like to return if I get the chance.
