The free internet kept asking me to log in every 15 minutes, and I think there was a daily limit of six logins. We also had to rush a little because check-in ends at 8, and we were driving over from Takachiho gorge. Still, it was a clean place for the night with the beach right outside and a Family Mart across the road.
We tried the restaurant too, and the food was great and cheap. I also had a surfing lesson with the in-house Pro surfer Masahiro. It was a lot of fun, though tiring. This place would suit a surfer, but it worked just as well for our quick overnight stop.
The woman who runs the place was really friendly, and there’s a convenience store right across the road. Our room was cheap at 2750, and even had a balcony facing the ocean. Excellent place.
Great surf spot for any skill level! Bring a skim board too, the sand gives you great opportunities. 🏄🏽♂️🏄🏽♂️🤙🏽
For surfing, Okaragahama and kanegahama have to be the best beaches in Miyazaki.
