The city has a lot of interest, and the room was comfortable with kind staff, but hardly anyone seemed to be around. The lobby was always empty, as was the breakfast area. They could use some good marketing.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I found the on-site laundry useful. There's even a bathhouse if you want to take a dip. The hotel and room were very clean, and the room was large. The location was pretty good, near some restaurants and about a ten-minute walk from the Ninja museum. My favorite nearby spot was a store with lots of manga and well-priced figures. I wish I'd stayed longer than one day. I'd definitely stay again if I come back to Iga.

For this area and a walk-in price, it was good, and the double room was fairly spacious, probably the largest around here. Still, the place is quite old. The doorknob was hard to work, and the pillow was flat and too soft. They had spare pillows, but those didn't help.
