Coliving & Cafe SANDO - Vacation STAY 27347v

I've tried this place twice. It's okay, but the Cuban sandwich has too little meat and ends up more like a cheese sandwich. The drinks came lukewarm instead of hot. The donuts were plain, but tasty.

My husband and I are foreigners living on this island, and SANDO is a handy choice at any mealtime, from breakfast to dinner. Not many restaurants stay open such long hours. The food and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, seasonal specials included. I especially like the Cuban sandwich. The owners are friendly and active in the local community. Highly recommend it.

I left a bracelet behind, and the staff went above and beyond to get it back to me. They're so polite and kind. The place is clean and has all the amenities you need. If you're cycling around the island, you have to stop here!

After a long day cycling, we spent the evening in the common area playing games and unwinding. My partner and I booked dorm beds for one night at the SANDO hostel, and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. They also have private and family rooms. Everything was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and coin laundry. Coffee and tea were free in the kitchen, and towels, toiletries, and hairdryers were supplied. There was also a shelf of useful extras, including fluffy blankets, earplugs, hot water bottles, plug adapters, flashlights, and fans. It's great value, in a convenient spot with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone.
