Guesthouse Yadokari - Vacation STAY 90101

We had the whole place to ourselves for one night and wished we'd stayed longer and rented bikes. That was the only frustrating part of our time on Oshima Island and Shikoku. I think it must be fate that there's a park donated by my countryman, Mr Azman Hashimu from Malaysia, beside Rei’s humble abode. We'll come back soon and feel at home again in the Land of the Rising Sun. By then, watashi no nihongo should be much better. Thank you so much!

Every room has air conditioning, and there's even a sheltered place to park your bike. You can reach the beach around the front by the school, then rinse the sand off at the house. The hosts were awesome, and the guesthouse is amazing for the price. 100000/10, a place of a lifetime!

After hours of cycling, it was lovely to feel at home here, with a view of the beach from the living room and a really relaxed atmosphere. When we arrived, the hosts offered tea and oranges from their garden, and we had a nice chat. Yadokari guesthouse is one of my favourite places from my year of travelling. The hosts are incredibly kind. Thank you again!

Akira and Rei made us feel welcome and even offered to take us to the island grocery store so we could get food to cook dinner. The house is right on the beach, nicely equipped, and comfortable for a large group. Ōshima is beautiful, too. We were there while cycling the Shimanami Kaido and only regretted not booking a longer stay. If Guesthouse Yadokari is available when you're nearby, I'd stay there.
