Such a wonderful space! I had a really fun time.

I was charged a huge amount, so please be careful. I booked around November, but when I arrived on January 2nd, nobody was there and no one answered the phone. I later found out the parent company in Osaka had apparently gone bankrupt. It looks like they're closed, so don't make a reservation. This feels like a scam.

Please return my money! I booked months ahead through Jalan for a trip I was looking forward to, but when I got there, the hotel was closed and nobody answered the phone. Their website has now disappeared. They posted on Instagram at the end of December that they were closed for winter maintenance, but never contacted me. If they were going to close for winter, that should have been settled when I made the reservation. Are they just keeping the expensive accommodation fee? Please refund it!

What a disappointing way to have a trip ruined. We couldn't even see the ocean, and ended up having to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The room smelled moldy and had ants everywhere. They offered us a different room, but that one still had loads of ants on the bed and floor. There was something like dirt on the mirror and brown marks on the sofa. We weren't expecting perfection, but sleeping in a bed full of ants was impossible. When we asked about it, they said it was a tent style room and couldn't be helped, and that hotels don't usually give refunds, so they refused even though we'd only been there a few minutes.
