Rong Hua Grand Hotel

The outdoor public space is lovely, with lots of greenery and a calm feel. After a day out exploring, having nearby hot springs was such a treat. We also found the staff very attentive, and the experience was fantastic overall. The Nagasaki resort hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms with a relaxing mix of Japanese and Western design. I’ll definitely pick it again next time.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Rong Hua Hotel. The cabins are roomy and comfortably furnished, and the covered outdoor seating area was a nice, practical touch. The staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered and brought to your room, and both were delicious. It was quite cold in our room on the first night, especially with the cold floors and chilly weather outside. The slippers helped, and the heating and warmer weather made it more comfortable by the second day. Blankets in the living room would have been nice. The location was convenient, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and comfort.

We stopped for one night at Rong Hua Grand Hotel during our road trip to Kumamoto, and it was better than we expected. The room was spotless, with a handy kitchen counter, a modern bathroom, and a small parking space right outside. Check-in went smoothly. The receptionists were lovely, and the next morning they came out to wave as we drove off, a personal touch you don’t often get. We’d added breakfast, which a lovely Japanese lady brought to us in the morning. It was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, just right before getting back on the road. Convenient location, attentive staff, and great amenities. 10/10, we’d stay again.

We enjoyed the place so much that we added another night to our stay. It was really comfortable, with lots of space, good privacy, our own balcony, and a microwave in the room. It’s been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and clean. The owner was super friendly and speaks English very well. We even got free welcome drinks. There’s also a washing machine and dryer guests can use for free. Room service was reasonably priced, and the food was very nice.
