We spent five days here for our spring break trip with three generations of family, eight people in all. I'd read the website, Instagram, and reviews carefully before booking, so my expectations were sky-high, but check-in was even better than I imagined. Everyone was thrilled, and they kept thanking me for making the reservation. The room felt like a modern, stylish suite. There was an island kitchen with a dishwasher, several Balmuda appliances, and a great washer-dryer. The Simmons beds were wonderfully comfortable, the balcony was nearly as spacious as the room, and thoughtful little extras were tucked into drawers and behind doors. Beside the sauna were a cold plunge and a freezer for ice packs. Everything seemed flawless. The facilities were also sparkling clean, from the mirrored closets and big mirrors above the sink to the glass bathroom, black kitchen, and built-in appliances. It didn't feel lived in at all. I was amazed by how spotless everything was, especially knowing they'd have to clean it all again before the 3 PM check-in. I accidentally missed the 11 AM checkout, and I'm sorry to the staff member who had to wait for me. The beds were so comfortable that nobody complained about a pillow or back pain. Since getting home, I've been looking for the same kind of Simmons pillow. We did laundry every night for our swimsuits and daily tours, and there were plenty of towels. There's no cleaning service during the stay, but with room to spread out our things, that was actually a relief. Sorry we used up all the detergent! We loved the location, too. The "Euglena Island Terminal" is right in front of the hotel, so we could walk back quickly if we'd forgotten something, and the short distance made things easier for my parents when they were tired. The first-floor open-air "730 Bar" sells three drinks for 730 yen, an unbelievable price. It was lively from early evening, and the kids were happy to go out for drinks. There was a Genki Cafe, shops, a FamilyMart, a Daikoku Drugstore, bars, and souvenir shops nearby. It's a fantastic spot, and despite all the activity, it wasn't noisy at night and felt safe. The parking lot is a little farther away, past Euglena Mall, but you can get there quickly while walking around. The fridge was full of drinks, though our family drinks a lot and nearly finished them. The wine cooler had a great selection, and the wine was delicious. I was a little disappointed that the sake bottles I'd seen in other guests' photos weren't there, and I would've liked to try awamori. They had black and rooibos tea, but I only noticed the coffee from the photos was missing at breakfast the next morning, so I missed my first morning coffee. It would've been nice to have Blue Seal ice cream for each guest, too. One thing I hadn't expected was that they weren't currently accepting Alphard rental bookings. I understand services can change, but advance notice would have made that easier to accept. It wasn't a big issue, but I mentioned it because I'd seen a polite reply to another review saying they appreciated customer feedback. Sorry! Despite those small disappointments, the stay was incredibly satisfying and memorable. Thanks to 730HOTELS, our Ishigaki Island trip was so much better. It was a dreamlike five days, and I've already recommended it to friends. One night would never be enough. You may get a serious case of not wanting to leave, so I really recommend staying several nights. I've never felt so strongly about a hotel. I still look through the photos and relive it, and if I get to Ishigaki Island again, I definitely want to stay here. Thank you so much!

The baths and sauna were great, and I really enjoyed the drinks they provided. I left feeling refreshed after a relaxing stay that felt a little out of the ordinary. The room's atmosphere and design details were comfortable and showed good taste. I'd definitely like to come back.

The location worked well for getting around, with lots of restaurants and bars close by and shopping nearby too. The room was clean and so spacious, and it had a sauna. We stayed three nights, and there were more complimentary drinks than we could finish. I gave service four stars because the room wasn't cleaned daily. I also had to ask for amenities after receiving only one day's supply for the whole three-night stay.

For dinner, we ordered takeout and ate in the room, which was a fun way to enjoy the hotel. The fridge was stocked with beer and juice, all included. The sauna was another highlight, especially for dads, I think. It's a compact, one-person sauna that heats up quickly once you switch it on, maybe in about 1.5 hours. It reaches 90℃, and when you pour water on the stones, the löyly spreads through the small room right away. After sweating it out, you can get into the cold tub next door. There's also a fridge full of ice packs nearby, handy for chilling drinks. It's intensely hot and a great experience, definitely worth trying. We were here for our first trip to Ishigaki Island. The room made us gasp as soon as we walked in. Our two daughters were delighted, taking tons of photos and videos to post on Instagram. It was almost too spacious for four, but very photogenic, and we loved it. It's about a five-minute walk to the ferry terminal for the outlying islands, so you can head over whenever you like. We only booked one night and hated leaving so soon. There are two bedrooms and five queen beds in total, with space for up to 10 people. The large sofa could sleep two comfortably as well. You can rent an Alphard for an extra charge, so driving around the island is a good option. Ishigaki itself is fantastic. I'm grateful to the owner for making such a wonderful hotel, and I'll be back!

The layout worked well for our group, with a bathroom, a toilet, two bedrooms, and a living room that naturally brought everyone together. Even friends of both sexes could stay without feeling awkward. There were five of us staying, then we had more friends over in the evening for a party of about 15. It was my first time having this kind of fun on a trip, and we had a great time. It's close to the city center, so we had dinner nearby. The fridge and wine cellar were stocked with alcohol, which meant there was plenty to enjoy with the whole group. Thanks, I'll come again!
