A nice place for families, and the price is reasonable. The property has the amenities you need and an outdoor bath, with the beach only 2-3 minutes away. I took off a star because it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before we rented it.

The setting has a lot going for it: I could relax in the open-air bath listening to birds, look out at the sea, and even spot fireflies. The location, rooftop views, and bath are excellent. It's a shame the management issues got in the way. At check-in, two dehumidifiers were running for no clear reason, with hoses reaching into the room and hallway. I wasn't sure how to operate them, and the toilet door wouldn't close, which was inconvenient. The second-floor bidet was broken and left everything wet; downstairs, the toilet had no remote, so its bidet couldn't be used either. After I emailed, it seemed someone had come into the building while I was out, without telling me first, apparently to handle the dehumidifier issue. That felt unsettling. The road to the building is also rough, which makes driving a rental car tricky.
