The location is nice and the rooftop is good, but I couldn’t sleep in this hotel. I was in room 111, and apparently none of the first-floor rooms have windows. That wasn’t mentioned on any website. The humidity and smell were so intense I could barely breathe, and water was actually dripping from the walls. They’d put three devices in the room to reduce the damp before I arrived, but they didn’t help. I’ve spent six months sleeping in all kinds of places around the world, including some tiny and very dirty ones, but this was the first time I had to leave a hotel early. I left after the first night of a four-night stay. They wouldn’t refund anything, and asked me to return the key, probably so they could rent the room again. Choose your room carefully.

Our room had only a tiny window, and this was the worst hotel of our trip. They charge for everything.

Convenient for both the port and city center, and the building was clean and new. You can rent a bicycle for free for two hours. Service is limited, though: reception closes at 8 pm and there’s no daily cleaning. The window is very small, and be careful not to leave your key in the room.

I couldn’t stay and didn’t get a refund, which I understand was because I missed the check-in time. But I never got a call from the hotel. When I rang them, the man at reception got angry and said he’d been waiting forever. He was awful to deal with, and I felt terrible. I’ve never had a hotel fail to call me at all before. I won’t use this place again.
