Shirahono Yado Aoiumi

We were five people and all stayed very comfortably. The owner was friendly and gave us useful information about the area, and the hospitality was excellent. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom and shower felt luxurious, and the bedrooms and dining area had air conditioning. Parking is available if you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring the beaches. It's ten minutes from the airport, with a bus stop 100 metres away. The location is excellent and it's budget-friendly compared with other options. Thank you so much!

The owner was so friendly, and I had a really pleasant stay. I came for birdwatching and would happily stay here again. It has the simple charm of a traditional Okinawan house turned into lodging. Just don’t expect a hotel-style experience.

The sense of privacy was just right for me. I could relax without worrying about anything, and sharing the toilet, shower, and bath was no problem. I stayed alone in Room 103 in the annex, which has two single beds side by side and is about 10 tatami mats in size. The guesthouse opened in April this year, and the Shiraho Junior High School bus stop is about a two-minute walk away.

The shared bathroom and toilet were fine, and the inn was clean and easy to use. I stayed here while connecting to a remote island, and getting there from the airport by local bus was quick and inexpensive.
