The place is right next to the station, and it's one of just two hotels nearby. The staff were friendly and kind, but the hotel is pretty old and expensive for its condition. There was some nasty dust in my room, and I sneezed and coughed all night. You can find much better options a few stops either way on the train line for the same or less.

Comfortable rooms, good service, and a convenient location.

I booked at the last minute, and the front desk staff's courteous service helped me feel at ease. This isn't about the hotel itself, but there aren't any restaurants near Itako Station. I had to get my supplies from my usual 7-Eleven, which was a little disappointing.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were so polite. I only stayed a short time last month, but I felt really relaxed. I’d like to come back if I get the chance.

The location was great, right in front of Itako Station, and there was plenty of parking. I booked at short notice, but the front desk staff were kind and helpful.
