I loved the waterfront-view room and could've watched the ocean for hours. It helped me unwind from the stress of travelling. The food was amazing too. I'm writing this while eating breakfast and can't put into words how much I'm enjoying it. It was way better than Hilton Disney. My reservation got messed up by the booking site, but the staff were incredibly helpful and sorted things out so I could check in. The front desk spoke English really well, so communication was easy, way better than Hilton Disney. I hope I can come back soon.

The bay and rocky shoreline looked stunning from our balcony, and the room was huge. It was a little worn, but still pleasant. You come here for the view and the onsen. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The young woman at check-in spoke at least three languages and was from Nepal. My wife is Japanese and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I'm not a fish person, and I didn't find the Western dishes very tasty. Oh well, I've lived in Japan for 26 years and still haven't learned to appreciate a typical Japanese breakfast.

We enjoyed the public and private onsens, both with ocean views, and the futon beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the highlight, with lots of good choices. It was a good hotel, though it didn't feel like a truly serene, tranquil ryokan. We thought tattoos would be allowed, but they have to be covered with two relatively small bandages, roughly 4x8. If you can't cover them that way, you need to book the private onsen, which starts at 3000 yen an hour. It was very nice, up on the hotel's top floor with a great view.

The room was spacious and luxurious, and its thoughtful layout meant we could see the ocean from almost anywhere inside. The view was spectacular, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the onsen was refreshing and relaxing. We enjoyed the food a lot, and this hotel was vegetarian-friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with a generous range of choices. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in February 2025. Our Japanese-Western room was roomy and had a good sea view. The onsen was comfortable too, with a view of the sea and stars visible at night. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
