I wouldn't give this place even one star. I called after looking for somewhere to stay at short notice and was told they didn't charge for toddlers or infants. I drove about an hour from Yugawara based on that, then was charged for both as if that were standard when I checked in. When I pointed out what I'd been told on the phone, they asked right there, “Do you want to cancel?” I had no other place to go, so I had to stay. The owner's attitude was awful, and there were so many rules it felt worse than a school trip. The bath closed at 10pm, we weren't allowed to eat or drink in the room, and there were no cups, pots, or tissues there. I'd never heard of a place charging for infants, and the whole stay was unpleasant. As others have said, I don't think I'll ever return. They should be more considerate of guests' feelings in how they run the business. I don't recommend it.
