Getting here by car was easy, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty choices. We also liked the little lounge outside the public bath. The room was roomy, pleasant, and very clean.

The room felt a bit small with larger bags, though it was laid out in a practical way. Settle GLOCAL HOTEL ITOSHIMA was clean, modern, and well cared for, and the service was smooth. A pleasant choice for a short stay.

The kitchenette came with utensils, and the room was comfortable as well as practical. The hotel has a really beautiful design, with a lot of thought put into it.

Being able to park for free in one of the three lots next to or near the hotel was a big plus for me as a driver. They even greeted me when I pulled up and while I was getting my bags together, and the front desk service was amazing. The hotel is centrally placed in Itoshima, close to Kyushu University, though the nearest train station may be quite a hike, so a taxi is probably the better option. My room on the top, fourth floor was large and modern, with a lovely view of the countryside. Ookla showed 100 Mbps up and down. The lots were empty on Sunday afternoon, though they might get a little congested when the hotel is busy.

The new facilities felt luxurious, everything else was great, and breakfast was adequate. The issue was the room was booked for two adults and two children, but we were only given two towels and toothbrushes. When I asked reception for two more towels, they said I would have to pay 300 yen for one.
