Grand Park Hotel Panex Iwaki / Vacation STAY 77749

I stayed one night on 10th of january 2021, and won't come back. At breakfast I had cornflakes with a fork, the tea was labeled Ceyron instead of Ceylon, and getting a napkin from the other side of the covid-screen took a very long reach. The bathroom ventilation dirt made me feel like I could be poisoned. Don't expect to use English at the front desk. The only perfect English I heard was at 09:10 am, when a staff member made me leave the restaurant while I was enjoying my tea, even though it was open till 09:00 am.

It's close to Iwaki station, and the hotel has a sauna and large bathroom you can use at night and in the morning. Every room has its own shower. The food was nice too.

The facilities and rooms were good, but we were all shocked by the front desk woman's attitude on September 19,2021 6:30PM. She was arrogant to travelers, and I can't recommend this place to my friends.

A dependable business style hotel with attentive staff. The facilities are quite dated, though reasonably well maintained. It was basically Japanese only, and I didn't meet any staff who spoke English.
