2/10
The room was very small and the location wasn't convenient. The managers' attitude was terrible, especially toward foreigners. They also have no English-speaking staff, unlike many other hotels in Japan, which made things very inconvenient for foreign guests. I'd strongly recommend that foreigners avoid this hotel.

Several staff members, not just one, treated me poorly. They spoke impatiently, and I felt there was clear discrimination toward foreigners.

I could overlook a tiny room, since that's to be expected in Japan. What I couldn't overlook was getting a string of bed bug bites on one leg. When I followed up through the booking agent, the hotel didn't respond or apologize. I don't recommend it.

A decent enough place. I didn't eat at the restaurant or use any of the services. In winter the room felt a little dry, but there was a humidifier and air purifier in it, so it wasn't a problem.

The rooms are very tiny, but the location is great and the breakfast is really good.
