I only got one night here and wished I'd had longer. A week, a month, maybe even a year might not have felt like enough. This stay was the kind of Japan experience I'd hoped for. Breakfast was a full gourmet meal, not something light, and left me happy and full. The homemade jams were incredibly tasty, so try them. The wonderful woman who runs Iwaso speaks excellent English, which should make things easy for English-speaking foreign visitors. Head to Fukushima, stay at Iwaso, enjoy the hot springs, and walk to the many amazing temples nearby. You won't regret it, apart from wishing you'd stayed longer.
