We were planning a trip from 8/30-9/1, but I forgot to book the room for 8/30-31. We went out after leaving our luggage and got back late, and the hotel couldn’t contact me directly. When we returned at 9 p.m., I was getting really nervous because we realized we had no reservation. Saito san helped us a lot. He was so kind and nice, and really reassured us and helped us feel better. If we visit Sendai again, we’ll stay here. The service is really nice.

Getting here by car was easy, and the hotel is in a beautiful area on the outskirts, near an outlet and mall. Every guest was treated like a VIP. We got a good deal on a nice room and upgraded to a corner suite for less than ¥15.000, which was totally worth it. The delicious buffet breakfast was included and served on the garden terrace.

The hotel is scenic and beautiful, just outside Sendai. The staff were very professional and kind, and the shuttle made getting between the hotel and the station easy. I had a great experience.
