Hotel Route Inn Iwata Inter

I stayed three nights and asked that my room not be cleaned, but staff came in anyway. I was unhappy about that, especially since a different guest also tried to open my room. If a room isn't cleaned, they give you a drink. The hotel itself is ordinary, and the service was nothing special. There were lots of students in the morning, so I couldn't use the elevator, and the breakfast queue was long. Everyone has the right to breakfast, of course, but I had to leave for work and ended up skipping it. They should manage the students' timing better, since working people are their main customers.

The room was small but neat and clean. It's a 10-minute walk from Iwata Bus Interchange, with a supermarket right beside the hotel. The restaurant prices are very reasonable, so it's good value for money.

The room was clean enough, but some of the staff were really rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They charged me twice and never refunded the extra payment. If you're not Japanese, don't go there.
