The staff are super friendly, and for this price range I think it's the best hotel in shizuoka city. We've stayed around 10 times and never had the cleaning problems some people mention. Just remember to leave the pink slip on the bed if you want the sheets changed. Without it, they'll make the bed but leave the sheets as they are. :)

The location was convenient, but the room was below average. There was hair on the bed and in the tub, pee on the toilet, and a strong moldy smell in the hallway that drifted into our room. You get what you pay for.

I requested a non-smoking room, but it still smelled of cigarettes. The room didn't feel clean.

There was a clip of junk food under the bed, and the room was dirty. I don't want to come back.

The bidet in my room didn't work properly. The rest of the room was okay.
