For the price, this was a decent roadside hotel and a restful place to spend the night. There are two open-air onsens with nice views where families can bathe together, and the beds are firm but comfortable. There’s a restaurant on site, though you can’t use it unless you book ahead. The hotel feels outdated and could use some small renovations.

We stayed one night during a bike trip and were worn out after a long day on the road. The host kindly drove us to the nearest village for dinner and brought us back. The breakfast the next day was amazing. It’s a cozy place with a great view, good food and very welcoming hosts. The onsen is cozy too, fits around four people and can be reserved privately.

A small, cozy inn tucked into the mountainside. It’s a bit old, but that didn’t put me off. You can book the onsen for a private session and enjoy it peacefully with friends.

I liked the lovely view, the friendly staff, and the free parking. It was also easy to find. There were some moldy spots in the bathroom crevices, though, which was unpleasant.
