A good value base for exploring the Izumi area. The rooms are pretty spacious for a business hotel, and there’s free parking. I borrowed one of their bicycles for a day, also free. The staff were nice.

There’s a warm Onsen with a small sauna near reception. The hotel is a little away from Izumi’s viewpoints, but they’re still within walking distance. We stayed in a western-style room with two separate beds. They were okay, and the AC cooled the room down nicely. Staff speak a bit of English, which helped a lot.

The layout is an unusual shape. There’s a roomy bathroom, like in an old love hotel, but not much space for sleeping.

A great place to stay, and the front desk staff were very polite. I’d like to come back next year.
