The room was compact but had everything we needed, and it was very clean. We slept comfortably in the cozy bed. Breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious scrambled eggs and good freshly ground coffee. We had trouble figuring out the air-conditioning controls because they showed only Japanese characters, so we couldn't switch it to warm mode ourselves. A gentleman at reception kindly set it for us, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is only about a four-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is great for early flights or late arrivals.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we liked the location. There's a shuttle to the nearest station, the outlet mall is nearby, and the airport is about 10 minutes away by metro. The cleanliness of our room was disappointing and below what I expect from Japanese hotels. There were visible blood stains on the toilet seat. One of the cups for brushing our teeth was dirty, with noticeable dirt and blood inside. I'm allergic to dust and felt extremely itchy during the stay, which made me think the room might not have been cleaned thoroughly. It affected our experience, and better cleaning would make a big difference.

Ez Hotel offers a free shuttle to the Rinku premium outlet area, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a perfect place to stay near the airport, and the value was the best we've had.

Our flight was cancelled, so sarda and takanori helped us book a room on the spot. The beds were big and clean, and the hotel is near rinku premium outlets. They also helped us get back to the hotel with a free shuttle. We'll definitely return.

It was pretty good for the price. If you get there late at night, there might not be anyone at reception. You can go in through the door on the left that looks like a fire exit, then check in at the machines.
