For skiing or snowboarding, the hotel has shuttle buses to Arai Lotte Ski Resort, but you need to reserve. The local train also continues to Myoko Kogen, with access to places like Akakura Onsen. If you're not driving, the location near Joetsu Myoko Shinkansen Station and Komeda Coffee works well. The rooms are okay, and the lounge offers complimentary evening drinks, including local sake. Breakfast gets busy quickly, so expect a crowd in the morning. It’s a functional business-style hotel. Parking takes a bit of planning. The hotel’s small lot by Komeda Coffee is for pickup and drop-off, and the main parking is around the station entrance, including an outdoor lot. The souvenir shop is beside the car park. Some lots offer discounted coupons, but they can run out, and parking isn’t free.
