It's a bit out of the way, but aside from that everything was perfect. The woman hosting us was so hospitable and service-minded that I was honestly floored. When I asked for another pillow, she apologized right away, even though it wasn't her fault, then brought it over, put it in the case, and carefully folded the corners before handing it to me. She apologized again. I was completely impressed and didn't know what to say.

The breakfast was delicious, and the woman who runs the place was really kind. If breakfast isn't already included in your booking, remember to ask her about it. Even with an artificial private onsen, this was an amazing place to stay.

The owner was warm, friendly, and attentive, and her homemade breakfast was honestly delicious. Our room and the toilets were very clean. There wasn't a toilet in the room, though the shower facilities were clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here 👍🏼👍🏼

The private hot spring was my favorite part. I could relax in it alone, and the stay was very affordable. I cycled here from Tokyo, and the owner kindly let me keep my bicycle inside by the counter. The whole place was spotless, with no insects anywhere that I saw. My room had a washbasin, dryer, and everything I needed, though there was no toilet or shower in the room. Plenty of very clean toilets are nearby, all fitted with the latest tech washlet toilets. Top rating from me.

The owner was very sweet, and the room made the trip worthwhile, even though getting here from shuzenji station takes a while. It was a private tatami room with a TV, futon, personal basin, and a patio to look out from.
