I came across this campground by chance and fell in love with its relaxing atmosphere. I stayed for two nights and had a chance to recharge from my travels. There's a little cafe where you can have dinner, and the owner showed me the guesthouse her husband had renovated all by himself. It looks modern and beautiful. I'd definitely visit again.

We were lucky to have the place to ourselves, so we got to use the Japanese hibachi and our own fire pit outside. The hosts were kind and helpful, and the accommodations were great. It's a beautiful hidden gem with a lovely ocean view, and the observatory is nearby.

The guesthouse itself is cosy and comfortable, and the owners and staff are really nice. Right by the sea, it has a terrace with sunset views, a campfire spot, and a shared kitchen with a big dining table for food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. If you love the simple beauty of the ocean and mountains and want to be away from the busier places, this guesthouse and campground is a gem. Highly recommended.

The owner couple are generous and very kind, and this comfortable little Woody house is really cute. It has the essentials. Just note that finding somewhere for dinner nearby is very difficult. We drove 15 minutes to Reihoku to find a restaurant. BBQ seems to be possible if you let the owner know in advance.

I visited two years ago and still really miss Amakusa and Furaibou. The owners were so kind and helped me arrange lots of things. It rained while I was there, but I still had a good time. I hope I can visit again one day and see the view on a sunny day. :-) Highly recommend it 👍🏼
