Good value for the money, especially with Tenmonkan close by and a washer you can use yourself, plus a bathroom dryer. Just be aware there's no lift. That should have been stated, since hauling heavy luggage upstairs is a challenge.

There are 3-4 affordable parking lots nearby, around 800 yen a day, and the location worked well for us. The rooms have a modern look, and the bathroom had no water stains at all, which was reassuring for apartment-style accommodation. The cleaning was thorough. With family travel costs adding up, the good value and cleanliness were a real help. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available to rent. The building has an automatic locking system and key locks on the doors, giving security comparable to an apartment building, though there's no resident manager to keep in mind. We had a very comfortable stay, thank you. We'll definitely come back.

Four friends shared one room. It's convenient, close to the station with a convenience store next door, and check-in and checkout are self-service. The room and bedding were clean, and for a group needing somewhere to stay without meals, the price and quality were more than enough. We'd gladly stay again.

I live nearby, and sometimes the noise at night keeps me from sleeping. Large groups can stay here, and there isn't permanent staff. With the windows open, people shout, laugh loudly, and clap, so it's really noisy. Some guests smoke cigarette butts outside the hotel and throw them into the street. Many don't follow basic manners. Please consider how this affects the neighbours as well as the guests, and think about a fundamental solution.
