Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kanazawa Miyabi

The public bath, or Onsen/Daiyokujo, was a highlight for us. After long days of sightseeing it was a great way to relax and feel rested. We could also start a full day's walking tour right from the entrance, with Kanazawa's main attractions within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel is right by the train station, which made arriving and leaving easy, but the area was still quiet and away from the busy city center. It was clean and tidy, and felt like good value for the price. A nice surprise was an excellent Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant directly across the street, an easy dinner option without needing to travel. If you want somewhere convenient, quiet, and clean, with a public bath and access to the sights, this worked very well for us.

I read yoriv koren’s review and agree about the great location. There are solid amenities, including an onsen, room service, and laundry if your room has it. The relaxation areas are nice too, and they made the Kanazawa trip better. A shopping mall is only a couple of minutes away on foot. It isn't noisy, and it's a good spot for shopping or getting food.

The hotel was clean, the service was great, and the location was excellent. The osen (public bath) had good facilities and was really relaxing. The room felt a bit tight. My only complaint is with booking.com. The price dropped four days before our booking, but we couldn't change the bill. It was a $100AUD difference. Even so, the stay was great and I'd highly recommend it.

So far, this is the best hotel we've stayed at. It's right behind Kanazawa station, with a 7-11 across the street. Guests can use the small onsen in the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with the toilet separate from the bath, and there were lots of amenities.
