The concierges really came through when we needed dinner reservations, and we appreciated how much help they gave us. We could relax while staying close to everything in the Higashi Chaya tea district. The rooms were clean, and each had its own art. Gold leaf, bamboo patterns, parasols, and other details give the hotel a lot of character. A wonderful stay, we'd happily recommend it.

Breakfast was only okay, and although having it brought to our room was convenient, the quality didn't match hotels with an on-site restaurant. The hotel is nicely decorated and well located for Kanazawa, and the staff are very nice.

The concierge was kind and gave great recommendations when we asked. The rooms were comfortable and had really nice amenities, and it was easy to get around from this location, either on foot or by bus. A wonderful stay, and I'd definitely come back.

The manager was a great host, and we liked the decor and convenient location. We were comfortable enough that my wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Some bathroom hooks for hanging towels would be useful.

The staff were spectacular, and the room was immaculate, spacious, and nicely decorated. The location was excellent too. Out of the 11 hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in Japan, this one gave us the most immersive Japanese experience. It was the highlight of the trip.
