The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything guests needed to prepare their own meals. We enjoyed staying in this lovely traditional home. There are four guest rooms upstairs, separated by paper walls, so light or sound could bother you if you're sensitive. Our neighbors were generally quiet, but I'd bring earplugs and an eye mask just in case. It's about a 20-minute walk from the main train station, and the chaya district is a short walk the other way.

The owner was polite, friendly, and ready to help if needed. Tabi-ne is a peaceful, clean place, and staying in the traditional house, with its tatami floors and sliding doors, was a really cool experience. Thank you!

Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights around Kanazawa. The traditional house was comfortable, clean, and lovely. We also recommend the cooking lessons and sake tasting they offer.

We had a traditional tatami room, and there was a large kitchen and plenty of shared space to relax. The place is quite central. Staff were friendly and informative, and it was an excellent place to stay!
