The location and price were good, and there’s a nice seating area in the lobby. My one-night stay was still disappointing. The customer service was good, but there was no phone in the room to reach reception. The beds had stains and didn’t seem clean, and the sound insulation between rooms was so poor that you could hear everything.

The view of Kanazawa Station from the 13th-floor lobby was lovely, a nice spot to unwind after exploring. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and getting to Hotel Wing International Kanazawa from the station was easy.

There’s a terrace and free soft drinks by reception on the 13th floor, and the reception staff gave great service. My room was very clean, with a big bathtub and lots of beauty products. It felt like incredible value for money. I skipped breakfast because I prefer to sleep in. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.

We booked through Agoda after comparing it with several places in the same price range, and I think we chose well. It was super easy to get to the station, local buses, and highway buses. Reception and the breakfast dining area are both on the 13th floor. I was surprised by the room amenities shown in the photos, including cleansing products and body lotion. Breakfast choices are limited to a burger or rice, with local food, salad, and eggs for the rest. My boy loved getting hot chocolate from the free coffee machine each night before bed while looking out at the Shinkansen and train views.

A good value stay close to the station, with great service from the staff. The air conditioner had a lot of dust built up and seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time. It made me itchy.
