The room was spacious and very clean, with lots of amenities and a big bathroom. It’s not too far from Kanazawa station, but getting there on foot takes some effort.

We found the room impeccably clean, with thoughtful art and design. The chairs were comfortable, and the beds had high-quality futons and bedding. A lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel near Kanazawa station, especially convenient if you’re arriving by Shinkansen. Buses are easy to reach, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It would work well for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our weeklong family stay so much that I’m urging you to book here. The check-in at Kanazawa hotel went smoothly, the internet was fast and steady, and someone came by daily to take the trash and restock bottled water and tea bags, even when we hadn’t used them. It was funny watching the number of tea bags grow. Angolo coffee next door is a great place for breakfast, and the bus station and fish market are an easy walk away. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The room and facilities were extremely clean and modern. There’s a kitchen, an automatic bath and shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious living room with a rug and tatami. Having the sleeping area separate from the living room made it easy for the adults to relax once the kids were asleep. We could adjust the room with the provided humidifier/dehumidifier. The rooms are very new, so the doors are quiet. There’s also a washer and dryer, clothes hangers, and a ventilation setting that speeds up drying. When the kids had nosebleeds that got on the bedding during our stay, the staff understood and didn’t ask for compensation after we emailed to apologize. What else can I say? I know a glowing review can sound like an ad, and there’s no way to prove we’re just satisfied strangers who loved our time in Kanazawa. It’s technically possible a review like this came from someone very good at their job, but I urge you to trust my recommendation. You won’t regret booking here. This is a 6-star hotel, and I don’t say that lightly.

The tatami living room with bean bags was really cozy for spending time with friends or family, and there was enough room for four people to pack and unpack their suitcases. We stayed in the four-person bedroom, which felt very spacious. It’s comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a longer stay. The hotel is on a quiet side street, around a 5-10 minute walk from the station and from its parent hotel, Kanazawa Hotel. Check-in and luggage storage are handled there.
