The meals were generous and really satisfying, and the restaurant stove kept things warm even in winter. The staff watched out for us while we ate and quickly brought replacement chopsticks when we dropped ours. Everyone was warm and friendly, too. I was nervous at first because the place looked a little dim when we arrived, but the cheerful receptionist soon put me at ease. The bathroom was near our room, which helped my elderly parents-in-law get back and forth comfortably. There were stairs, though the height difference between the first floor and basement wasn't much of a problem. Thank you very much ☺

Surrounded by nature, Minami Hakone Villa was a peaceful place to get away from everyday life. My room was clean and comfortable, and the quiet made it easy to relax. The staff were kind and attentive, and their care showed in the details throughout the inn. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you.

The food was delicious, and the staff were very kind. Getting our suitcases upstairs was a hassle since there was no elevator. Some guests, maybe a group from the mainland, were very noisy. Also, the shampoo and body soap came in separate bottles, but they seemed to hold the same thing.

We came to Minami Hakone Villa because I felt nostalgic for Minami Hakone Diamond Land, where I used to go for work. We arrived late and had to bring our own dinner, but the staff kindly lent us tableware, which touched me. The quiet, nature-filled surroundings made for a relaxing stay together with my wife. It's not flashy, just a lovely inn where you can really unwind.
