The lobby downstairs is roomy, and the free drinks made it easy to meet up with colleagues. It seems you can bring food in from the supermarket too. My hot sandwich at breakfast was a little cold in the middle, probably because it was complimentary. Maybe they brought it out early while we were waiting, lol. I stayed two nights for work. The rooms had been renovated and were clean, so I suspect the poor ratings are from before that work. Everything else was great, and I’d stay again.

The beds and pillows were good quality, and I slept well. Breakfast has three kinds of hot sandwiches for free, so getting there at 7:00 AM means they’re still piping hot. The hotel seems to have reopened this year after renovations, with various updates to make it feel newer. It’s generally quiet, though being beside a road means traffic may bother some guests. The refrigerator makes quite a racket, so unplug it if you don’t need it. You can also hear everything from the hallway through the doors, so please keep the noise down.

I was visiting family and ended up checking in around 10 PM because of various circumstances. The staff were very polite and helpful even at that hour. The room also seemed to have been renovated, and it was clean and comfortable.

The interior was renovated and looked lovely, just as the reviews said. I had no complaints, and the staff were kind and polite. The amenities, from makeup remover to lotion, were really helpful. I have long hair, though, and the shower pressure was too weak to wash it easily, lol. I’d love to stay again.

The lounge is really stylish, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The value for money is amazing. I’d love to come back!
