The room was roomy and comfortable, and we could have cooked something simple if we’d brought a pan and ingredients. The food wasn’t fancy, but it tasted good enough to make us want to stay longer. With two meals included, I thought the price was pretty low. We came here as a place to evacuate during a typhoon, and I’d like to come back. A few things bothered me: there’s no elevator, we saw spiders and ants in the room, and the corners weren’t very clean. I also wished there were a larger trash can.

The evening view was lovely, and the woman at reception was very kind, which made the state of the room even more disappointing. I stayed yesterday, and cleaning was clearly a concern, as other reviewers have mentioned. There was a dead cockroach just inside the glass door to the room, cobwebs on every stair, and dead bugs on the balcony. That last part may be hard to avoid with grass all around. I found hair in the room and what looked like blood, saliva, or something else on the futon and mattress pad. There was a vacuum, so I cleaned before settling in, but even the kids wouldn’t use the futon, and we took it off. I’d wondered if things had improved, but I won’t be back. I did manage to persuade the family to stay. Breakfast was only 400 yen, and the rice and miso soup were tasty, which I appreciated.

The bathroom was clean, and the room had beds plus extra towels and blankets in the closet. It was fully furnished, so staying several nights was comfortable, and there were two Wi-Fi options. Breakfast tasted good, and thanks to the front desk staff. There was rubbish on the floor, though, and the air conditioner filter was really dusty, so I washed it myself. The freezer had built up a lot of frost, and the parking lot was steep, lol.

For this price, breakfast being included seems fair. It’s a furnished studio with appliances, and the white decor gives the room a clean look. The bed was nice too. 👍
